I know that my soul has had many past lives with horses, from thoroughbreds, quarter horses to the mountain horses: I had loved them from the first moment I took my first breath. History of the horse has been in my family for years. They are great companions and good for the soul. They are my therapy.In 1988 Michelle named her farm Loudoun Hall Stables in loving legacy of her grandmother and grandfathers Thoroughbred farm Loudoun Hall Farm (also known as Grimes Hall ). Michelle Sharon was born into a racing family in Paris, Kentucky, and spent much of her youth on her grandfather's farm Loudoun Hall Farm, Her love and compassion for horses grew into a family hobby.
Michelle and her husband Les have four children and live in Bourbon County
Her Cousin Cecil McCall with Rea Swan started the Rocky Mountain Registry for the Rocky Mountain Horse Association, Jim and Jenny Jones cousins in Alabama started the Kiger Mustang sanctuary.
Her grandfather Robert Carroll Talbot Gaitskill raised, bred and raced fine thoroughbred horses.
Her husband and his family have long history with Mountain horses. “Bugs” Robinson and his son Travis Robinson raise, train, breed and show KMSHA, RMH, UMH. Lawrence Robinson (great uncle) was the lead Stallion man for Claiborne farms over 40 years and has handled and cared for Nasrullah, Princequillo, Round Table, Secretariat and list goes on.
